Concept & Brand Development
From the blank page to the reimagination of existing brands, we use our journalistic origins to understand your story — and find a way to tell it through logo, brand identity and physical definition. Where a brand already exists, we audit what you have, consider what needs refining and what needs to evolve. Logo Identity
Naming & Positioning
A name is the first thing a guest encounters and the last thing they remember. We work through the conceptual and competitive landscape to find a position that is genuinely yours — then build the language that holds it.
Visual Identity
Logo, typography, colour, texture, photography. We design identity systems that are distinctive from the start and grow more coherent over time — considered enough for a menu, flexible enough for a hoarding, and resulting in Brand Guidelines & Rollout strategies.
Concept Interior Design
The beginning of a project demands imagination and rigour in equal measure. We develop spatial concepts that respond honestly to the brief — to the food, the neighbourhood, the people who will inhabit the space — and translate those ideas into a language that architects, contractors and clients can build from.
Interior Design
We bring the same care to a corner banquette as to the whole room plan — believing that the small things, accumulated, are what make a space feel genuinely considered rather than merely finished. Core to our work is rigourous space planning, with a deep understanding of hospitality operations — the flow of service, the intimacy of tables, the relationship between front and back of house. From concept through to completion, we design spaces that are resolved in every detail and delivered in a technical drawing packages and specifications.
FF&E Creation & Procurement
We specify, source and manage the full furniture, fixture and equipment schedule — drawing on long relationships with makers, manufacturers and suppliers across Europe to find pieces that are right in quality, character and budget.
Bespoke Furniture & Object Design
Where the right thing does not exist, we make it. Working with our network of craftspeople and workshops, we design and commission bespoke furniture and objects that carry the specific character of the space they are made for.
Uniform Design & Product Design
The things that cannot be specified on a schedule are often the ones that make a room. We source and, where necessary, commission the accessories, antiques and artworks that bring a space its final layer of meaning.
Accessories, Antiques & Art
A well-designed uniform extends the world of a space into the people who inhabit it. We design staff uniforms that feel considered rather than costumed — drawing on the same material sensibility and attention to craft that defines our interiors work. This extends to our product work in packging and gifting items that are a natural extension of a brands core sensibility.
Tabletop Consultancy
The objects on a table — linen, crockery, glassware, cutlery — make the most intimate impression on a guest. We advise on the selection and layering of tabletop elements to ensure they reinforce the overall identity of the space and work beautifully in practice.
Pop Up Restaurants and Events
Full pop-up restaurant design and build for temporary hospitality spaces — from Trullo at Freize art fair or it’s residency at the iconic Harvey Nichols, through to the launch of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in London, or the seasonal decorations for Padella, we design and deliver concept-driven, immersive and service-ready from day one.
Website Design and Build
We design and build websites specifically for hospitality businesses: considered, image-led, and crafted to reflect the character of the space rather than the conventions of the template. For clients who come to us for brand and interior work, we extend that world into the digital.
